Dua του Daood AS για την επίτευξη της αγάπης του Αλλάχ!

Abud-Darda’ (Είθε ο Αλλάχ να είναι ευχαριστημένος μαζί Του) reported: Ο Αγγελιαφόρος του Αλλάχ (ΕΙΔΕ) είπε,
“One of the supplications of Prophet Dawud AS was:

Allahumma inni as’aluka hubbaka, wa hubba man yuhibbuka, wal-`amal alladhi yuballighuni hubbaka. Allahumm-aj`al hubbaka ahabba ilayya min nafsi, wa ahli, wa minal-ma’il-baridi

Ω Αλλάχ! I ask You for Your Love, the love of those who love You, and deeds which will cause me to attain Your Love. Ω Αλλάχ! Make Your Love dearer to me than myself, my family and the cold water.”

[Στο Tirmidhi, 3501]

The reference to the cold water is in the context of heat in the desert. When you’re thirsty and hot, the first thing you crave is cold water to drink. Therefore to love Allah more than this is huge!

Subhan’Allah what a beautiful and blessed dua! Don’t forget to learn, teach others and pass this dua on as it counts as sadaqa jariya!
