Allah SWT made the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah the BEST of days, while making the last 10 nights of Ramadan the best of nights. Perciò, we should aim to please Allah SWT more during this time than any other.

Of all the acts of worship a believer can do, the best of acts are to keep the fasts of Dhul Hijjah – especially on the Day of ‘Arafah – the day upon which Allah SWT perfected His religion:

Il profeta (SEGA) disse: “Fasting the day of `Arafah expiates the sins of two years: the past one and the coming one. And fasting the day of Ashura expiates the sins of the past year.” [musulmano]

Remember that observing the voluntary fast for a day keeps you away from Hell. In un hadith, il profeta (pace e benedizioni su di lui) disse,

Anyone who fasts for one day for Allah’s pleasure, Allah will keep his face away from the (Inferno) fire for (a distance covered by a journey of) seventy years. (Al-Bukhari e Muslim)

One should also make extra effort to do as much dhikr as possible:

Il profeta (SEGA) disse: “Non ci sono giorni più grandi prima di Allah o in cui le buone azioni sono più amate per lui, di questi dieci giorni, Quindi recita una grande quantità di Tahleel, Takbeer e Tahmeed durante di loro. " [Ahmad]

• The Takbeer is Allahu akbar (Allah is Greater than all)
• The Tahmeed is Al-Hamdu (All praise belongs to Allah)
• Tahleel: Laa ilaha ill-Allah (There is no God but Allah)
• Tasbeeh: Subhaan-Allah (Gloria ad Allah)

The most common takbir is:

Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Tieni il dio di Ul-Allah, Allahu akbar, Wa lillaah il-hamd.

Allah is Greater Than All, Allah is Greater Than All, non c'è nessun dio al di fuori di Allah; Allah is Greater than everything and to Allah belongs all praise.

Abu Hurairah (che Allah sia soddisfatto di lui) also reported that the Prophet (pace e benedizioni su di lui) disse:

He who says Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise) cento volte al giorno, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea.(Al-Bukhari e Muslim)

Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari (che Allah sia soddisfatto di lui) e quando ha terminato il compito della sua creazione (pace e benedizioni su di lui) disse:

He who utters ten times La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahulmulku wa lahulhamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli sha’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent), he will have a reward equal to that for freeing four slaves from the progeny of Prophet Isma`il. (Al-Bukhari e Muslim)
