Hardship afflicts everyone at some point in their lives, and is a test from Allah SWT as a means to purify us, elevate us and to see which of us is most deserving of Allah’s Mercy:
“Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: ‘We believe,’ and will not be tested?
And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allaah will certainly make (វា។) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (វា។) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allaah knows all that before putting them to test)”
[Surah Ankaboot 29:2-3]
Allah Swt និយាយនៅកន្លែងជាច្រើនក្នុងគម្ពីគូរ៉ាដែលការអត់ធ្មត់គឺជាគុណធម៌មួយរបស់ប្រជាជនជេនណា, and we are commanded to remain patient when afflicted with misfortune and to seek help through prayer:
"ស្វែងរកជំនួយដោយអត់ធ្មត់និងដូច - សាឡា (ការអធិស្ឋាន) ហើយពិតជា, វាធ្ងន់ណាស់ហើយពិបាកលើកលែងតែអាល់ខាសាផុន [i.e. អ្នកជឿពិតប្រាកដនៅអាឡាណា - អ្នកដែលស្តាប់បង្គាប់អាឡាដោយការដាក់ស្នើយ៉ាងពេញលេញ, ខ្លាចអ្វីច្រើនពីការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មរបស់គាត់, ហើយជឿលើការសន្យារបស់ទ្រង់ (ឋានសួគ៌) ហើយនៅក្នុងការព្រមានរបស់គាត់ (នរក)]”
[Surah Baqarah 2:54]
នៅក្នុងខនេះ, អល់ឡោះអល់ឡោះទទួលស្គាល់ថាអ្នកដែលនៅសេសសល់គឺជារឿងពិបាកក្នុងការធ្វើ, ប៉ុន្តែក៏ពន្យល់ផងដែរថានេះគឺជាសញ្ញាសំគាល់របស់អ្នកជឿ. នៅក្នុងខមួយផ្សេងទៀត, អល់ឡោះអាសាទនិយាយយ៉ាងចំ ៗ ថាគាត់នៅជាមួយអ្នកជំងឺ:
"ប្រាកដណាស់, អាឡាយ៉ាគឺនៅជាមួយអ្នកដែលមានលក្ខណៈដូចសាបបារ័ត្ន (អ្នកជំងឺ)”
[Surah Atfaal 6:46]
ការអត់ធ្មត់មានគុណធម៌ពិសេសមួយនៅអ៊ីស្លាម:
'ជាការពិត, អ្នកជំងឺនឹងទទួលរង្វាន់របស់ពួកគេដោយគ្មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ។
[Surah az-Zumar 39:10]
អ្នកប្រាជ្ញរបស់ Tafseer បានពន្យល់ខគម្ពីរនេះដើម្បីមានន័យថាអ្នកនឹងទទួលបានរង្វាន់របស់អ្នកនៅអាគីរ៉ា (Jannah) ដោយមិនចាំបាច់ឆ្លងកាត់ខ្នាតដែលមនុស្សផ្សេងទៀតនឹង.
សិរីល្អដល់អល់ឡោះ! តើអ្វីទៅជារង្វាន់ដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាតសម្រាប់អ្នកដែលមានភាពអត់ធ្មត់! Such a huge reward is not for the faint of heart, and one must understand that patience means having full acceptance of Allah’s decree, making a lot of dua and not despairing of His Mercy or complaining about your situation.
Patience was summed up best by the Prophet SAW who said:
“Amazing is the affair of the believer, verily all of his affair is good and this is not for no one except the believer. If something of good/happiness befalls him he is grateful and that is good for him. If something of harm befalls him he is patient and that is good for him”
