SubhanAllaah andikwazi ukukuxelela ukuba mangaphi amaxesha njengesithethi endiwuvayo lo mbuzo kumaSilamsi kunye nabangengawo amaSilamsi, “Kutheni amaSilamsi evumela ukubulawa kwabantu ngembeko?” Ndimangaliswe kukuba abantu basacinga le nto kwaye ndihlala nje umzuzwana njengoko ndiqokelela iingcinga zam. Ndiyaqonda ukuba sonke sikwiindawo ezahlukeneyo ebomini bethu kwaye nam ndakhe ndayicinga le nto, “Ingaba ukubulawa ngembeko kuvumelekile kwi-Islam?”. 'Ibn Umar (wanga uAllâh angakholiswa nguye) Wathi uMthunywa ka-Allah (uxolo neentsikelelo zika-Allh zibe phezu kwakhe) watsho:
"Umntu okholwayo uya kuqhubeka ejikelezwe yinceba ka-Allah ukuba nje akaphalazi gazi kangangokuba akuvumelekanga ukuphalaza."
Ke uyabona ukubulawa kweMuslim ngokungekho mthethweni ngumcimbi onzima kwaye lityala elibi.
UShaykh Muhammad S. U-Al-Munajjid uthi:
“Umprofeti (uxolo neentsikelelo zika-Allh zibe phezu kwakhe) uye wasicacisela izizathu zokuba kuvumeleke ukuba kuphalazwe eli gazi. Uthe: “Akuvumelekanga ukuphalaza igazi lomSilamsi ongqina ukuba akukho thixo wumbi ngaphandle kuka-Allah kwaye mna ndinguMthunywa ka-Allah ngaphandle kwakwiimeko ezintathu.: kunye nezifo zesini (ukubulala), Unina womnye owayetshate ngaphambili (ukukrexeza), nalowo utshintsha inkolo yakhe aze alahle ihama’ah.” Ibaliswa nguAl-Bukhaariy (6370) kunye namaSilamsi (3175). Ngokusuka koku kuyacaca ukuba zina kwicala lomntu otshatileyo sesinye sezizathu ezenza kuvumeleke ukubulala umntu., kodwa zaani (umkrexezi) ayinakubulawa ngaphandle kokuba kuhlangatyezwane nemiqathango emibini:
1. Kufuneka abe sele etshatile. Abaphengululi baye bachaza oko kuthethwa ngaphambili-abatshatileyo kule meko. UZakariya al-Ansaari (Iintlobo ezine zothando) watsho uAsna'l-Matalib (4/128): Umntu otshate ngaphambili, nokuba yindoda okanye ibhinqa, nguye nawuphi na umntu omdala onengqondo ephilileyo owakha waba neentlobano zesini phakathi komtshato osemthethweni. - Ukuba mdala

- Ukukhululeka (o.k., hayi ikhoboka).
2. Umqathango wesibini kukuba kufuneka kungqinwe ukuba isohlwayo hadd sifanelekile, ngobungqina bamangqina amane angamadoda awabona amalungu angasese edibana, okanye umntu kufuneka avume ngokukhululekileyo ukuba wenze ucansi, ngaphandle kokunyanzelwa ukuba enze njalo.
Ukuba kungqinwa ukuba usifanele isohlwayo sehad, akuvumelekanga ukuba umntu ngamnye enze esi sohlwayo. Endaweni yoko, umcimbi kufuneka usiwe kumlawuli okanye kwisekela lakhe ukubonisa ulwaphulo-mthetho kwaye aphumeze isohlwayo, kuba ukuba abantu baphumeza izohlwayo, oko kuya kukhokelela kurhwaphilizo nobubi obuninzi.
Ibn Muflih al-Hanbali (Iintlobo ezine zothando) uthe kwi "al-Furoo" (6/53): KukwaHaram kuye nabani na ukwenza isohlwayo sehad ngaphandle komlawuli okanye isekela lakhe. Le yinto ekuvunyelwana ngayo ngamxhelo mnye ifuqaha’ yamaSilamsi, njengoko kuchaziwe kwi-al-Mawsoo'ah al-Fiqhiyyah (5/280): Amafuqaha avumelana ngamxhelo mnye ukuba lowo ufanele ukuphumeza izohlwayo ze-had ngumlawuli okanye isekela lakhe., nokuba isohlwayo kukwaphula omnye wemida ka-Allah, Angaphakama, ezifana nezina, okanye ukreqo komnye umntu, njengokunyelisa.”
Uyabona ukuba umntu osifihlayo esi senzo sibi senzekayo ukuze aguquke alungise imicimbi yakhe phambi kokuba abhubhe kungcono kunokumbhenca., ayeke ukumbulala.
UMprofeti (uxolo neentsikelelo zika-Allh zibe phezu kwakhe) wasuka kuMaa’iz (wanga uAllâh angakholiswa nguye) emva kokuba evumile ukuba wenza i-zina, kwaye akazange amhoye de waphinda wasiphinda isivumo sakhe izihlandlo eziliqela, wandula ke wamphumeza isohlwayo sesono.
Ngokusekwe kulo lonke ulwazi endikunike lona, Ndiyathandaza ngoku ukuba uqonde ukuba ukubulawa kwembeko akunandawo kwi-Islam.
“Kwaye abo bangabizi ezinye ii-ilaah (uthixo) kunye noAllâh, okanye umbulale umntu njengoko u-Allh akwaleleyo, ngaphandle nje kwesizathu, okanye wenze iintlobano zesini ezingekho mthethweni ___ kwaye nabani na owenza oku uya kufumana isohlwayo. Isohlwayo siya kuphinda-phindwe kuye ngoMhla woVuko, kwaye uya kuhlala apho ehlazekile.[al-Furqan 25:68-69]
Kwakhona kungakhathaliseki ukuba ngubani owenze ulwaphulo-mthetho olukhulu lwezinna, ngelixa esatshatile, baya kohlwaywa ngemozulu kobu bomi okanye kuBomi emva kokuba bangaguquki kwaye u-Allah subhana wa Tala akamxoleli.. Kwaye ukuba oko bakwenzileyo kuyinyani kuxhomekeke kurhulumente ukuhlala kwabo ukuba athathele ingqalelo imeko hayi umntu ngamnye, kwaye urhulumente ufuna ubungqina 4 amangqina- owabonayo esi senzo sibi. Amaxesha amaninzi ukubulawa kwembeko kwenziwa ngokukrokrelana nje, intelekelelo, nesityholo.’
Ke ubona ukubulawa kwembeko akukho kwaIslaam. Nabani na oqale le nto kwaye aqhubeke esenza oku ukwindlela engalunganga. Kufuneka sonke njengamaSilamsi sibambelele kwiQur’aan nakwiSunnah hayi iminqweno yethu.
