Musulunci yana matukar kula da yaron musulmi da samar da raka'o'in tarbiyyar da yake girma daga gare su kuma ake renon su wadanda suke kunshe da dukkan abubuwan da suka shafi kyautatawa wadanda suke taimakon yaro wajen kyautatawa da takawa kamar yadda Allaah madaukakin sarki ya umarci bayinsa.. Irin wannan kulawa ya ƙunshi duk abin da ke ba da gudummawa ga adalcin yaro, tun daga zabar uwa ta gari zuwa sauran bangarorin tarbiyya da shiriya.

Hakkin yaro, cikar wanda Annabi ya tabbatar,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , hada da zabar masa suna mai kyau. An jaddada wannan don dalilai masu mahimmanci:

1- Zabar suna mai kyau hakkin yaro ne akan mahaifinsa

Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , yace: “Haƙƙin yaro a kan mahaifinsa ya haɗa da zabar masa suna mai kyau da renon shi da kyau.”Wata rana, wani uba ya kai kara ga Amirul Muminai Umar bn Al-Khattaab kan rashin aikin dansa.. ‘Umar ya tambayi dan, “Me ya sa ba ka yi wa mahaifinka biyayya?” Dan yace, “Ya Amirul Muminai, menene hakkin yaro akan mahaifinsa?” Yace, “Domin zabar masa suna mai kyau da uwa ta gari da koya masa Alqur'ani.” Dan yace, “Ya Amirul Muminai, mahaifina bai yi komai ba.” ‘Umar ya juya ga baban ya ce, “Kun kasance mai butulci ga danki a gabanin ya butulce muku.”

Shaihu Bakr Abu Zaid ya yi karin haske kan hadarin da ke tattare da yin watsi da wannan hakki, yana cewa,

Na yi tunani a kan mafi yawan zunubai da munanan ayyuka na yanke shawarar cewa tuba tana kawar da su kuma tana shafe su nan take.. Duk da haka, akwai zunubin da ya dawwama a cikin zuriya kuma kunyarsa ta shafi jikoki saboda kakanni.. Wannan zunubin ya zama abin wasa da wauta a tsakanin mutane, yara da mata. Tuba na wannan zunubin yana buƙatar tafiya mai tsayi mai tsauri domin an yi rajista a cikin takardar shaidar haihuwa, Katin ID, takardun shaida na makaranta, lasisin tuƙi da takaddun hukuma. Sunan jaririn ne wanda uban ya kasa zaba. Ya kasa zabar wanda Sharee‘ah ta amince da shi (Dokokin Musulunci) da kuma abin da ya dace a cikin harshen Larabci kuma ya yi wahayi zuwa gare shi ta hanyar ingantaccen yanayi. Wajibi ne Musulmi gaba daya su damu da zabar sunayen ‘ya’yansu, su zabi sunan da bai sabawa Shari’ah ko harshen Larabci ba..

2- Tasirin sunan akan tsara halayen yaron

Sunansa da laƙabinsa suna da alaƙa da tunanin yaro kuma hakan ma yana shafar ra'ayinsa game da kansa. Mun sami wasu yara suna fama da sunansu saboda sunayensu na ɗauke da munanan ma'ana ko kuma ban sha'awa, yana jawo musu babban abin kunya a duk lokacin da suka gabatar da kansu ga wasu. Wasu suna mamaki; wasu suna ba'a; sai kaso na uku na zargin yaron da wani abu da bai yi ba tamkar shi ne ya sanyawa kansa suna. Akasin haka, idan iyaye sun zaɓi kyakkyawan suna mai ma'ana ga ɗansu, wannan zai faranta masa rai da farin ciki a duk lokacin da ya gabatar da kansa ga wani da kuma duk lokacin da wani ya yaba ko ya nuna sha'awar sunan..

3- Sunan mutum yana nuna ainihin sa

Sunan da ke da siffofi na Musulunci ya tabbatar da cewa mai sunan ba musulmi ba ne kawai, amma kuma musulmin da yake alfahari da Musulunci da kuma matsayinsa na musulmi. Don haka, Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya shiryar da mu zuwa ga mafifitan sunaye. Yace: “Ku sanyawa kan ku sunan Annabawa ‘Alaihimus – Salaatu Was-Salaam. Mafi soyuwar sunayen Allaah su ne ‘Abdullahi da’ Abdulrahman; mafi gaskiyan sunayen sune Haarith da Hammaam; kuma mafi munin sunaye shine Harb (fada) da Murrah (haushi).” [Sahih]
Mafi soyuwar sunaye ga Allaah Ta’ala su ne sunayen da ma’anarsu ke nuni da cewa mutum bawan Allaah ne, kuma haka, mutum zai kasance a ko da yaushe yana tuna ma'anar ibada da mika wuya ga Ubangijinsa madaukaki. Hakanan, annabawa’ sunaye, Allah Ta'ala Ya daukaka ambatonsu, su taimaki masu rike da su su rika tunawa da rayuwar Annabi da aka yi masa suna tare da tunawa da kokarinsa da aikin da ya yi don isar da sakon Ubangiji da sanya kalmar gaskiya da addini ta zama babba..

Akwai wasu sunaye waɗanda ke nuna aibi bayyananne a cikin iyaye’ alfahari da Musulunci da kuma matsayinsu na musulmi. Wadancan iyayen ba su amince da duk wani suna ba sai dai sunayen masu fasaha da ’yan wasan kwallon kafa da za a ba wa ‘ya’yansu. Mai wannan sunan ya kasance yana rinjayar yaron a duk rayuwarsa, miji ko mace, yana koyi da shi da koyi da shi kuma ya ɗauke shi a matsayin abin koyi.

4- Mafi girman kulawar Annabi akan zabar sunaye masu kyau

Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya ji haushin munanan sunaye da ake yi wa mutane, wurare, kabilu da duwatsu. Watarana yana tafiya tsakanin duwatsu biyu. Ya tambayi sunayensu, kuma a lokacin da aka gaya masa sunayensu Faadhih (i.e. abin kunya) da Mukhzi (i.e. m), ya canza hanya bai wuce tsakaninsu ba.
Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya hana wanda sunansa Murrah (i.e. haushi) ko Harb (i.e. yaki) daga nonon tunkiya. An ruwaito cewa:
Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ya nemi wanda ya sha nonon rakumi mai kiwo, yana cewa: “‘Waye yake nono wannan?' Wani mutum ya miƙe. Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama ya ce: 'Menene sunanki?' Mutumin ya ce, ' Murra (haushi)."Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ya ce masa: ' Zauna. Sannan yace: ‘Waye yake nono wannan rakumin?' Wani mutum ya mike sai Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ya ce: 'Menene sunanki?' Yace, 'Harba (yaki).''Manzon Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama ya ce: ' Zauna. Sannan yace: ‘Waye yake nono wannan rakumin?' Wani mutum ya miƙe, sai Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ya ce masa: 'Menene sunanki?' Mutumin ya ce, 'Ya'esh (yana rayuwa).''Manzon Allaah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam ya ce masa: 'Madara shi!'” [Malik]

Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya hana yin munana da munanan sunaye, ya bayyana dalilin hakan a cikin Hadisi mai zuwa (Ku Tsaya Akan Zalunci): An kar~o daga Samurah‛, Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama, yace: “Karki saka sunan yaronki Yasaar (wadata), Raba'ah (nasara), Najeeh (nasara) ko Aflah (wadata).” [musulmi] Annabi, Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama, ya fayyace dalilin da cewa: “Za a tambaye shi: ”Akwai Rabah [ko Yasar, ko Aflah...], kuma za a amsa: “A'a, babu.” [Ahmad da At-Tirmithi]

Al-Khattaabi ya ce,Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya bayyana dalilin rashin yarda da haramta ba da wadannan sunaye domin Larabawa sun yi amfani da wadannan sunaye ne tare da dunkulewar ma'anoninsu wajen neman albarka ta hanyarsu ko kuma ganin al'amura masu kyau a cikin kyawawan ma'anonin su.. Don haka, Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya hana su yin haka don kada abin da suke nema daga wadannan sunaye ya canza zuwa akasin haka. Sanya daban, idan suka tambaye shi ko mai irin wadannan sunaye yana nan kuma amsar ba ta dace ba, za su yi la'akari da shi a matsayin mugun nufi da yanke tsammani daga wadata da nasara. Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , ya hana su duk wata hanya da za ta sa su yi zato ga Allaah Ta’ala da yanke kauna daga alherinsa.

Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , na son sunayen da kyawawan ma'anoni da addu'a ga masu ɗaukarsu

· Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , in ji dangane da wasu kabilun larabawa: “Allah ya gafartawa kabilar Aslam! Allaah ya gafartawa kabilar Ghifaar! Kabilar Usayyah sun sava wa Allah da Manzonsa.” [Bukhari]

  • Yace da suhayl (diminutive na Sahl wich nufin sauki) ibn 'Amr a lokacin da ya isa ranar yarjejeniyar zaman lafiya ta Hudabiya: “Al'amarinku ya zama mai sauki.”
  • Sai ya ce wa Burayda lokacin da ya tambaye shi sunansa sai ya amsa masa da cewa sunansa Buraydah (diminutive na Bard ma'ana sanyi): “''Abubakar, al’amarinmu ya zamanto lafiya.’ Sai ya tambaya: ‘Daga wace kabila kake?’ Burayda ya amsa, ‘Daga kabilar Aslam (mafi aminci).’ Ya ce da Abubakar : ‘Muna lafiya.’ Sannan ya tambaya: ‘Daga wace ce ku?’ Burayda ya amsa, “Daga Sahm.” Yace: 'Sai ku Sahm (yawa) nasara!'”
  • Annabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam, la'akari da wannan al'amari a cikin fassarar mafarki. Yace: “Na gani a mafarki kamar muna cikin gidan ‘Uqbah bn Raafi’ sai aka ba mu dabino da suka cika daga na Ibn Taab.. Na fassara shi da cewa kyakkyawan karshe da daukaka za su kasance gare mu a nan duniya, kuma addinin mu ya zama cikakke.”

Bari sunayen 'ya'yanmu su zama kamar annabawa’ sunaye, Sunayen da suke nuni da bautar Allaah Madaukakin Sarki, sunayen sahabbai madaukaka wadanda su ne mafifitan mutane bayan Annabi,Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallama , da kowane suna da yake dauke da ma'anoni ma'ana masu kwadaitarwa da aikata duk wani aiki na alheri da kange munanan halaye da munanan ayyuka. Ta yin haka, dukkan ma'anonin alheri da daukaka za su kasance a cikin ruhinsu.

  1. Babban labarin da ake bukata sosai, shin kana da ilimi ko hakkin iyaye ne su sanyawa 'ya'yansu suna ko kuma sun yi biyayya ga kakanni da manya., tunda wasu lokuta wadannan na iya yin karo da juna?

  2. Assalamu Alaikum,

    Daga abin da na fahimta, idan iyaye ko kakanni suka nisantar da kai daga ayyukan da aka musulunta, to babu laifi a saba musu.

    Ina so in samar da wanda zai yi magana game da wannan.
