வாரத்தின் குறிப்பு – உங்கள் உடலுக்கும் உங்கள் குடும்பத்திற்கும் உங்கள் மீது உரிமை உண்டு

The Prophet SAW was the best of human beings and worshipped Allah SWT more than anyone and in the most perfect manner. எனினும், the Prophet SAW also had the strength of 30 men masha’Allah! This is why he was able to stand many hours in prayer and not tire.

He SAW also acknowledged that moderation is necessary for everything – including worship. In an authentic hadith in Bukhari, it is related of an incident where the Prophet SAW learnt about the fervent worship of one of his companions and said:

“(இது உண்மையா) that you fast all day and stand in prayer all night?” The companion replied that the report was indeed true. The Prophet SAW then said: “அதை செய்யாதே! Observe the fast sometimes and also leave (அது) at other times. Stand up for prayer at night and also sleep at night. உங்கள் உடலுக்கு உங்கள் மீது உரிமை உண்டு, your eyes have a right over you and your wife has a right over you.” ஸஹீஹ் அல்-புகாரி, தொகுதி 7, ஹதீஸ் 127

This proves that you can’t neglect your family as they need you. You also can’t neglect the health of your body either, because if you did that, you would get sick and then wouldn’t be able to worship Allah SWT properly!

So remember the golden rule – worship Allah SWT fully and perfect your khushoo, remember Allah SWT standing, sitting and lying, but be aware that your body and your family have rights over you!
